That they certainly do. I had a goal this summer to keep this seasons harvest chem free. Ive been smoking a lot of local organic hippie bud since I moved back to VT. The taste of an organic crop is mesmerizing to me. I almost feel like I don't really smoke to get ripped anymore, its just a taste and flavor thing for me now and getting high is a side effect lol.

Oh and it might not look like it in the pics but the majority of those plants have 9 nodes + some of which are alternating and some are not, but they're still young.

Also, its not good to begin to flower till the branches are symmetrical, because the plant is mature when your plants branches are symmetric. Plus you will run the risk of Hermie's, because when they go out, and if you have started to flower them, they will just go back into veg. Your plants will begin to flower when the light is less and the dark is more. Thats why people will use a bag with good ventilation at the bottom, to flip into flower in like the end of July or into Aug. This will get your plants very big, because you started inside and to force flower early will get you a great finished yield.
I have never covered a plant, but iv seen it done here with great success:thumbsup:
Keep er green man, il be back:rasta:

I didnt fully explain myself in my original post. I have not put the plants into 12/12 and will not do so for a few months. I intend to put them outside and transplant them into their flowering containers probably in 2 weeks, and once late june early july rolls around I plan to put the plants in my barn at 7 pm every night and take them out at 7 am forcing them to flower and hopefully finish within the restraints of the season, probably finishing around September 15th
It would also be nice to harvest when its still a bit warm. That way I can have some ladies over in bikinis to help with the trimming :jumphappy:
Happy tokin :rastasmoke:

So I checked on the ladies this morning, and I noticed some yellowing and brown spots on some of the leaves on 2 of the plants 1 SLH and 1 Skunk. I am concerned whether this is a result of over feeding or under feeding. Any help would be appreciated. I am also in the process of getting some pH test strips for my water supply. The problem could also be from the water, but I cannot be sure yet. Updates to come, and if anyone has any ideas please let me know.
