The first attempt was quite pathetic and didn't produce harvest, my second grow outdoor harvested 1 plant. I was happy with it, but now I'm going for the gold with more lights and more plants. Lights: 2, 200 watt fluorescent tube ballasts and 4, 23 watt daylight spectrum CFLs. I may add some more to the mix if need be. Soil: There's an old horse pasture near my house where all the feces were dumped off the side of the Rating: 5

Actually, they are just showing their natural Sativa genetics. growing tall with long branches. (according to what I think I know haha)

Hey all,

So I topped all the plants at about 10 nodes or so each. They are a little over a foot tall now, but my question is how much taller would they get by the time they finish flowering? I will be putting them into force flower once they show sex so its pretty much gonna happen in a few days for about 3 of them. they 3 being force as of now are mainly indica strains... Church and Rocklock.... Im just not sure what to expect... any comments would be greatly appreciated

Hey man just wanted to show you what the fim did for me last year. You don't always give up yield by topping or fim. I was lucky cuz i got 7 tops from the fim and in the first pic, i already took the tops of them. So what you see is without them, but i also posted a pic of what the plant look like after i took the tops. I cant seem to find a pic before i took the tops, but they can get pretty big. That grow tray holds about 5 gal or more, but iv grown 2 4' plants in it before, but they both hermied I think you could tie them down if they get to high:thumbsup:

hey everyone sorry for the long time with no posts. i ended up getting rid of 6 of the original 8 plants and now only have a 2.4 tall church plant which is flowering nicely. i will have pics quite soon.

I know the bottle doesnt say to use 1/4 strength, but it says specifically for seedlings to use 1 tablespoon of Big Bloom to 1 gallon of water every other watering. Either way, a few of my friends who have grown used the same method I am of increasing the amounts as the plants get bigger working your way up to a full feeding. Im sure it wont hurt them, the only thing it would be is a waste of a very small amount of nutrients.

I'm using a diluted mix of Big Bloom to water and folar mist a couple of new clones that are in the rooting stage. It works well diluted, and I believe will aid in the rooting process since this is the first time I've tried it. They are still going strong after a week. Photos when potted.
