***What is this-Please Help(Pics)***

So, I'm on my 4th week and three days into flowering and I'm having problems with one of my girls. I first noticed it on the 15th:

it hasn't gotten any better most recent 3/21/10:

Here's some background:

E-indoor
E-soil
E-potting
CSL-Miracle Gro Continuous Release 3month (first mistake I know!!!!)
SCL-Anything you have added to the soil: small amount of Dolomite lime
SCLR-Soil run-off pH: 5.8-6.0
E-Tap Water
E-Source water pH: 7
E-Age of plant: 11 weeks
E-Ionic Grow (3-1-5)/ General Hydroponics Bloom (0-5-4)
E-Rate of application: I never went full strength with grow once i realized that the soil had slow release in it 1/4 strength. Flowering started 1/4 and currently full strength with a teaspoon of grow to add a little nitrogen because i noticed a lot of yellowing from bottom leaves. (Did I go wrong there?)
E-Lighting source and distance from plant: 400 watt hps about a foot away from the top
E-Air temperature (day: 85-88 night: 60-65)
E-Air % Relative humidity: day: 35-45 night: 50-60
E-7am-on 7pm-off
E-Type of ventilation your room has: Its a closet i keep the door cracked when I'm home and its lights on.

Please give me your input, it would be greatly appreciated!!

looking at the pics i would say they look burnt which is light or feed problems...having read your info i dont think theirs anything wrong with the light.....so it must be feed.....if i was you i would boil the kettle wait for it to cool right down and water your plants no food....do this for a week or two and flush any feed away.after that start feeding with cool boiled water a bit at a time and maybe build the feed up

Tap Water.

Along with chlorine they are now using chloramine. I thought chlorine was bad. The new stuff is instant death to my plants. Looks just like yours are starting to look.

The least you can do is find out the ppm's of your water. But for now only use distilled or R/O water and let them clear up.

Never intentionally use peletized nutrients or additives. MG soils are tricky, but with a little practice...can make for some really good plants. (same with any soil) The nutrients in the MG soils only last cannabis about 3 weeks, maybe four...before having to start supplimenting.

Hoiw much is a small ammount? (1 teaspoon, 1 cup, 1 gallon...?)
The lime should have buffered your soil to near 7.0ish.
Does your tapwater smell like chlorine? If so, does letting it sit out a day help evaporate the odor?
What are you using to check your runoff ph? I'm doubting your ph number is correct. If they are correct, your ph is low. Runoff should be 6.3 to 6.8ish. (makes a big difference in diagnosing)

Yup. Late-stage yellowing starting with the fan leaves is common. Might have been more of a calcium issue. Late-stage flowering requires no additional nitrogen. Matter of fact too much of it can stress 'em.
Once plants start looking hungry, half-doses for a week or two, then adjust-up to manufacturers recommendations. Watch for healthy new growth.

Sounds about right, but a circulating fan on 'em helps strengthen the plant and provide fresh CO2.

Looks like a rusty mold or fungus. You have perfect conditions for mold at night with your low temps, high humidity, and lack of circulation.

Thanks for all the responses,

Well I flushed today and got the run off ph up to 6.2... Im pretty sure its some kind of nute deficiency... Im approaching week 5 of flowering should i continue with bloom nutes or just water??? I increased the dark time to 8hrs on 16hrs off to speed up the flowering process... The plants are also hermied so im trying to mature them quickly before anymore pollen sacs form (i've been picking them off as they form)... Its my first grow and im not expecting the best results but i would like some smoke-able bud!!!

Im more excited for the next grow i have fox farms ocean forest with fox farms nutes and am ready to raise some centerfold buds!!! i just need to get some dank beans to the U.S. (Any suggestions im thinking nirvana)
