Now it's all up to genetics I believe. A heavy dose of P & K can speed up bud development and weight, but not total budding time.

cO2 can boost your yeild,by almost 50 percent. But it won't affect the time they finish... That's all up to the girls..They will let you know when they are ready.. Just keep a check on the trichomes.

There are 3 main nutrients for plant growth and several micronutrients. If you look at the label on fertilizers, it gives 3 numbers like 15-15-15, and that's Nitrogen(N)-Phosphorous(P)-Potassium(K). Yes bloom formulas have a higher P & K like 5-15-12, and there are bloom "additives" that have even higher ones like 0-40-30 but you need to be careful with those and only use them in small doses very seldomly or your plant will have severe problems. I like Fox Farms fertilizers and additives because they are specifically made for cannabis and they have an idiot-proof feeding schedule on their website so anyone really can use them with good results. The soluble additives are pretty expensive though since they aren't necessary, but they will help you maximize your crop.

Wow 17 weeks is a LONG TIME!

The veg period is up to you. If growing from seeds, it can take 6-8 weeks to show sex. However clones are cut from a mature plant and can be flowered as soon as they have roots.

Once you go into flower (12/12) it takes anywhere from 8-12 weeks to mature the buds. Nutes will help grow bigger buds, as will CO2. However the time it takes to mature is still 8-12 weeks.

Pure Indicas mature in 8 weeks(ish)

Pure Sativas mature in 12 weeks (ish)

ANY cross (depending on percentage of indica/sativa) can be anywhere in the middle.

At 15 weeks of veg, these must be HUGE!

I like to flush in between uses of nutes. I flush with ph'd water for a week and then start my bloom nutes. Then a week or two before they are to be harvested, I'll flush them then as well as to not have a strange chemical taste.

I heard sometthing about leaving the lights on for only 10 hour and 14 hours of darkness will speed the process alittle bit. Maybe you can look up some info on that if you wanna speed harvest up alittle bit. . I think someone said some thing about it speeding up harvest by about a week to 2 weeks with 8 hours of light
