Seedlings Problem

2 and a half old seedlings 2 big leavs r fine but the new leafes comming out seem light browned tiped. No ferts have been used useing miracle grow poting soil pernuim blend. Their baged seeds i think its over watering but need other ppls knowladge. I will try to post up pictures!
