I'm not going to knock Jay Z as a rapper...I even have a few of his songs on my ipod. but to compare yourself to god? and to give yourself a nick name meaning Jahovah? wow....that guys needs a fucking reality check. These celebrities get these huge heads and forget that they are just people too, but we raise them up as if they were gods. I don't know know whose more to blame, him for allowing people to call him that or society for actually idolizing someone so much because they play good music. It's a strange world we live in...

It is a little disturbing though....I've read that alot of big rappers refer to themselves as god. It's crazy that these people that come from nothing to fame and fortune and instead of humbling themselves and being appreciative they refer to themselves as a messiah! Wow....crazy to me!

im only gonna add a couple cents into this but i do sense some fishiness with jay-z. seen his clothing line lately? i noticed his shirts have a design like a masonic apron or something complete with all seeing eye symbolism, numerous masonic symbols including the handshake and beehive and at the bottom it says "masters of the craft." hes definitely on some kind of masonic bandwagon
