two years after the law is passed, no dispensary apps passed...now there are 5, and according to the doh twenty something in the queue..of which not a single one passed for approval at the last application review....SIX months to the next one..and likely another go back to the bottom of the stack.

It's painfully obvious politics are in play here...get enough to say "we're on it" but it's like boiling saltwater and collecting it on a plate of glass to drink...tedious at best.

No doubt the other dispenser wanna bees are scratching their heads. Calling the DOH will not help much. Writing your local congressman and state senator will, since in the end they represent you with the state government, not good ole boy Dr. Vigil who technically doesn't owe you nuthin.

Be interesting to watch and see where he ends up next, as this gig is going nowhere fast and the news media will eventually take to this story after the next round of voting on various issues up in the other MM states.

NJ has done us one better.....the first 6 dispensors are to be not for profits, but after that...well...starbucks best look out. You can run a for profit alternative health center and dispense for a profit.
