The problem - for some - is that should a patient need to travel out of state (let's say) and they have a MMJ card, but also have a prescription for pain...they need to take the pain meds or be prepared to deal w/ interstate issues.
But you're correct, the THCF is NOT gospel.
In fact, from what I saw, they (THCF) errs on the side of acceptance and there's not too many things sillier than an over confident pot-head.
