I don't know walmarts drug testing policies but usually when you get tested at a lab with instant results if it comes up possibly dirty or adulterated they send it off to the main lab for GC/MS testing for confirmation. That maybe whats going on. No matter what it is its no use worrying about it because its beyond your control. You might want to check into subbing with synthetic urine next time.
