i am new 2 growing and i am just wondering how 2 start a growing log and exactly what should i include in it?

It's best purpose is to log every step of your grow.

People can comment in your log. However are discouraged from asking questions about their grows, or holding conversations not pertaining to your grow, thus stealing your log thread.

So, a good example of HOW my log helped me would be,... I forgot the date I started the plants. I forgot which of the clones I bought, were which(they grew a lot). Plus I was afraid I'd forget the date I started flowering(this didn't happen).

Every step I logged what happened and posted pics. Which led me to the date I started. AND could see the various stages of the clones to see which one was which after mixing them up at re-pot. :thumbsup:
