HELP/ADVICE PLEASE!!!

heres my story..im 18 5'10 150 pounds ..iv been smoking since may 2009 and iv been smoking everyday all summer..i can recall like less then 10 days i didnt smoke..on February 5th i got busted..got possession of marijuana..i didnt have court till feb 26th..at court i found out i was put on 6 month probation and that i had to see a therapist (after court i assumed i didnt have to drug test) i smoked march 4th through march 10th went to see my therapist i had to see march 11th found out there i had to take a urine screening at random for 6th months..im going to get tested march 19th theres a high possibility it could be a swab test because i hear around here its swab only but the therapist i saw back home 2 hrs away wrote down urine screening...how screwed am I? and what are some tips to pass?
