    Hey BuzzBomb,

    I know I'm hammering you with this but I have one last question...

    Did you exercise at all during those 2 weeks or do anything to burn fat?

    Just trying to figure out how important my exercise routine is during all of this.

    I went jogging for the first time in years this morning and my leg was telling me I'm old ;]

    So I just want to know how hard to push it!

    Exactly what date are you scheduled to take a U/A?

    Have you taken a home THC test yet?

    Push your exercise regime as far as you can and take a home THC test to check your efforts. When taking your home tests, always use the first urination when you wake up in the morning.

    If your home tests are positive after your exercise regime, and your scheduled U/A is 3 days away, you need to stop all exercising and be as dormant as possible for those 3 days. That way you wont be burning fat, which releases a bunch of THCA into your bloodstream, and which end up in your urine to be detected.
    Then consider preparations for dilution (creatine-loading, etc). Read the guidelines outlined in the Dilution sticky thread.

    Hey Burnt - thanks for getting involved ;]

    My test is on the 7th of April.

    The thing is..I was smoking a lot of the "good stuff" for a month or so and in the past it has taken 5 weeks to clear the THC out.

    This time I only have 3.

    So the plan was to exercise for at least 20 minutes jogging / 20 minutes walking (I am out of shape) and then stop 4-5 days prior....rest, load up on red meat and then dilute the day of.

    They are very weary of diluted samples so I can't dilute too much or they will know. I also can't color my urine as they look for the neon pee.

    Any further thoughts appreciated!

    Who is "they" that youre referring to? Why are you being drug tested?

    Neon yellow color can occur by simply eating foods rich in Riboflavin (B2) as part of a normal course of diet. The labs cannot reject a urine sample on the sole basis of a neon yellow appearance. Not without running the appropriate integrity checks first (creatinine and specific gravity).

    If youre worried about overdiluting, you can always check your dilution efforts with a validity test strip that checks the creatinine and SG levels. Google search drug adulteration test kits.

    If it is OK with you, I'd rather not say why I am being tested ;]

    I know it is pertinent information in regards to a strategy but it is an unfortunate matter :0

    Anyway, my last concerns are in regards to raising creatine levels when I dilute.

    I am concerned about them finding an adulterant as this is a serious chemical lab.

    So my question is: how can i raise them without raising any red flags at the same time?

    I know that it is advised to drink Powerade instead of water, take aspirin, take creatine supplements, eat red meat, pour salt in the beverage, etc...

    What are the safest ways to raise the levels? Taking the supplement seems risky and won't having too much salt raise sodium levels to a suspicious level?

    They do blood and a physical exam at the same time so there will be a battery of tests. UGH.

    Any final thoughts sincerely appreciated!

    No need to be evasive. Stating the reason for you being tested (employment? court-ordered?) will go a long helpful way in allowing others to steer you in the proper direction, both from an informational and strategic standpoint.

    As long as youre not spiking your sample with drop-in additives or household chemicals, your sample will not be ruled "adulterated". Vitamins and creatine supplements are not adulterants and will not be detected as such.

    You will not raise any red flags for taking vitamins and creatine. There are no upper limits established for creatinine. As long as your creatinine level is over 20 mg/dL, the sample is satisfactory.
    However, going overboard on creatine supps is not a good idea - unless you like spending long periods in the bathroom, sitting on the toilet seat.

    I'm not trying to be evasive...this is just a weird situation and quite frankly I wish I could share more

    UGH.

    Anyway, one thing that I have been really wondering with all this is this: if thc is stored in fat, why aren't more people investigating those fat burning supplements like ephedrine (or something safer) to clear it out of the system?

    Have you ever heard of anything like that? Seems like it would be on the list of considerations...

    Hey man. I worked out like crazy up until 3 days before the test. I have been taking overwhelming amounts of creatine even before quitting and it didn't raise any flags. Just follow the damn sticky LOL! You are that guy! Let us know how the results turn out.

    All you have to do is answer if your test is for employment or court-ordered. You dont have to go into the "weird" details...

    Because fat-burning supps dont rid the body of THC. Fat-burning supps burn fat cells, releasing the stored THCA into the bloodstream. THCA doesnt burn away with the fat cells, as the common misconception goes.

    Why waste money on fat-burning supps when you can burn fat-cells via physical activity?
