I know there are a lot of posts but can anyone provide any help here?

I have 3 questions and any thoughts appreciated.

1. Should I eat low fat foods in addition to exercising? Is this reasonable based on the fact that THC is stored in the fat cells?

2. How much / what type of fiber should I take and when? During the exercising period or just when I am resting the 4-5 days before the test?

3. Is there anything else I can do in this regimen to help?
