You could do four nice plants in an area about 40sf or six tighter together in about 55sf. If you do I would recommend some vertical T5's or LED's.

you can probably get good coverage on a 3x3 area for each 430 watt. in order to use the lumens efficiently try to keep the light no more than 18 inches above the canopy...
