yellow spots
....looks to me like your plant could be root-bound in that pot and needs to be transplanted into something a bit bigger. Also, make sure you have some drainage holes on your pots, (not sure if that one has any or not, kinda hard to tell by those pics) especially if that plant IS root-bound, having no drainage means any water collecting at the bottom of the pot could be rotting the root tips...
