Shit, you see them on CraigsList for $850 sometimes... pretty amazing deals now and then. The quality is all over the place obviously, but I've found some great meds via patient-to-patient CL sales... worth a look and many of them are regular caregivers and could be a long-term solution for you.

I know it's a tough one given the need to be discrete. I have a friend who is a caregiver for several people and wants good pricing for her patients.
