I used to consume unhealthy amounts of caffeine I had no trouble quitting cold turkey twice and am now caffeine-free (dentists' orders, because all that soda wore away the enamel completely from several of my teeth). The only thing I would say I'm addicted to is weed. I go crazy if I have to go a few days without weed. Like now for instance. I haven't gotten high since Wednesday night since Buffalo is in the middle of a dry spell and it's driving me insane.
