Urine Screen Question

I've seen a lot of threads about urine screen testing here and figured I would post my own situation for opinions.

Background:
-I quit smoking 2/24/10
-Prior to quitting, I was a daily smoker
-I am 6'3", 165lbs(twig)
-On quitting day I took a home drug test and had a VERY faint positive line(Still fail, but could a faint line be taken as "better" than a dark line?)
-I haven't taken one since, I am on vacation now, will take another once home
-My screen will be next week sometime, ~full month since quitting
-After quitting, I took Jillian's fat burners for about a week, ate huge, still dropped from about 185 to my current weight of 165.
-I have a very hard time holding weight, eat a ridiculous amount of food, and still find it impossible to stay above 180 for extended periods of time. I take this as a sign of high metabolism.

I will most likely follow the dilution method posted, as it seems simple and effective. I'll update with results of the next home testing to supplement.

Does anyone with a similar body type have any experiences?

Took an at home test today. They have them on sale at Walgreens right now, just in case anyone is looking to pick one up. It would seem that I am good to go, but some reassurance would be much appreciated. Here is the result strip:



The booklet claims that as long as the Control and Test lines are both present then it is a negative. I made my clean roommate take one as well and his control line was much lighter. Should I be concerned about that?

Do you guys think I am good to pass this screen I have coming up?

I think you pass as long as the 2 lines are there.. But I am not trying to spread misinformation on the drug testing board so don't take my word for it.

Sure was. Went in two days ago, too dilute. Round two tomorrow. A few more days couldn't hurt I suppose!
