if happy frog is soil its a soil grow.
no one can tell you how many times to water in a week. you have to water when your plant lets you know its thirsty. be really careful not to over water thats a really beg mistake most people that are new to soil make. when the plants small it will drink less and as it gets big it drinks more. you want to try to water just before your plant gets droopy. at least thats how i do it. water your plant then tilt it and you will feel what it feels like with water, then wait a day or two tilt it again if its light water heavy don't. you can also stick your finger in the dirt and if its starting to get dry water it. or get those meter stick things. there cheap.

thank for the advice. i have did a change in my room instead of using 6 600w i have replace the 2 middle 600w with 2 1000w so now i'am running 4 600w & 2 1000w and my temperature has a big change from 6 600w at 78 with only 1 8in inline can fan & two oscillating fan, with the 4 600w 2 1000w with 8in inline can fan & two oscillating fan and a haier 5,700 btu window ac now i'am at 91 WTF thinking about getting another A/c unit like 10,000 btu or higher should i go window ac or portable ac even maybe just putting back the 2 600w

lol... have some rage.... Just because something didn't work for you does not mean it it doesn't work. Fimming and topping are great techniques for the appropriate setup.
