thanks for the help all. i understand that you can increase creatine levels by eating red meat a couple days before the test, but you can do nothing about gravity correct?

Bought a quarter last fri and smoked it with my boys throughout the weekend, i'd say i smoked 3g or so of some schwag in total. Friday I'm almost sure I'm getting a drug test for a job at best buy.. if i don't pass i will be furious. From now until wed i will be exercising as much as possible, and eating as much fiber as possible.. starting wed i will stop exercising completely and shift to a fatty diet, consuming as much as i can. on the day of the test, i will take 4 aspirin, 3-5 Rating: 5

ok mr. encyclopedia dictionary over here(:smokin, when would be the best time to consume the liquids? 3 hours before good enough?

i also plan on a diet of fiber and burgers the 2 days before the test. any other foods you would recommend?

I thought that the Aspirin was to assist with the SG, not to skew the test. I have a urinalysis tomorrow morning around 11am. I havent smoked in 3 weeks but I am 6', 300lbs. I ate a huge steak for lunch today, and I have Gatorade ready for in the morning as well as B2 vitamins.
I really hope this works.....

The aspirin was used to foul a certain brand of test that is now outdated. It's no longer affective in today's tests.
