Palerider was correct. It is federal when you travel from one state to another. If you disregard that, you also would need AZ and NM.

yeah the legal stuff here is super easy to get done...C. Springs is a great town. Also look up towards Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor area. It is an hour north of Denver instead of south like C. Springs. Lots of good housing in both areas though and just far enough out of the rat race of Denver. I'm not sure how your going to like the cold, I love it to be honest. Colorado is great in a sense that we will have a 2 foot blizzard today and you will be out washing your car in a tee shirt tomorrow, so as far as cold goes you get a break...(almost 65 here today). THe roads will defiantly be good when you travel...even in the middle of winter the roads don't get shut down very often or for very long around here. Very beautiful area and state and you guys should love it! Lots to do and see here and over all great place to raise a family!

The wife and I looked at Boulder CO. Where would we look to build and get alot of land? You are a true help on this web-forum. It's people like you that are the reason we are moving to CO. Thanks

    someones's gonna get banned.

Does this thread look eerily familar to another thread we had going a month ago or so?

In my honest opinion, Bryan from CCF probably isn't the person to be threatening on this thread/forum. All of Denver is in love with the way this CA transplant (is that right?) has set up shop and conducts business is CO.

I understand that Bry is from CA due to comments about him bringing the Cali flavor. If I'm wrong, I'm sorry

You may fit in perfectly down in the Springs though. Good luck.

I'm not trying to say that CO is smarter than CA BUT, per capita, we are highly educated. Therefore, a lot of us are sensitive to poor grammer and spelling. I dropped out of high school and almost finished college. So, it's not me with a lofty degree. However, it is noticeable when someone misspells the shit out of everything. I'm guessing you weren't in charge of writing the listings for your real estate company.

My advice would be, if you must come here, go to the Springs.

We don't really need Old fashioned LA anything in Denver.

    I hope you find peace.

lots of land all over CO...not hard to find. Cheap land I would look up north or east. I bought a few years back 45 acres in a town called Red Feather Lakes for $55,000. Lots of good deals all over.
