Does this thread look eerily familar to another thread we had going a month ago or so?
In my honest opinion, Bryan from CCF probably isn't the person to be threatening on this thread/forum. All of Denver is in love with the way this CA transplant (is that right?) has set up shop and conducts business is CO.
I understand that Bry is from CA due to comments about him bringing the Cali flavor. If I'm wrong, I'm sorry
You may fit in perfectly down in the Springs though. Good luck.
I'm not trying to say that CO is smarter than CA BUT, per capita, we are highly educated. Therefore, a lot of us are sensitive to poor grammer and spelling. I dropped out of high school and almost finished college. So, it's not me with a lofty degree. However, it is noticeable when someone misspells the shit out of everything. I'm guessing you weren't in charge of writing the listings for your real estate company.
My advice would be, if you must come here, go to the Springs.
We don't really need Old fashioned LA anything in Denver.
I hope you find peace.
:thumbsup:I thank you and it makes me feel better about the place I would like to rase a family. I will not be coming out to Colorado with any attitude. I am a Family man that dose not take the BS of burnouts soft. I will contribute my fair shair to the State of Colorado. Sorry for the spelling. Thanks for the kind words.
lots of land all over CO...not hard to find. Cheap land I would look up north or east. I bought a few years back 45 acres in a town called Red Feather Lakes for $55,000. Lots of good deals all over.
:smokin:I see alot of people from California have moved to CO Springs. Can you tell me Why CO Springs for Californians? We just got back from living in Costa Rica 5 months ago, for 4 years so to really be in the back bone of the USA is going to feel real good, let me tell you!
it's close to Denver, on the front range, large air force base, mild weather, You will find most of the cities along the front range are growing pretty quickly for those reasons
