1/8's now down to $45
Today I wanted to write my review for Pure MMJ. I'm going to start a review blog soon so then I won't annoy some and help other by organizing my information.
Pure
So I stopped in last week to get some "pure" MMJ. First off, Pure is located near 12th and Bannok near Downtown Denver, specifically close to the Art Museum. Parking was easy, I don't know (?) if there was a designated parking spot so I parked on the side of the street at a meter.
Pure's building and layout are fairly simple yet sheik. A Pink/peach/clay building with their huge logo attached, I think I used to get my haircut occasionally there when it was called "Blanc", anyways :stoned:- I walked in and was greeted by a lovely employee. She was very nice, helpful and made good conversation despite my nervousness. (I'm always nervous going to a new spot- it must be the memories of the old days in my veins; it's a blessing it's easier now a day's to get herb)
While filling out my forums, she informed me my social security number was on my temp papers and asked if any other dispensaries noticed and informed me that it was A) unnecessary and then B) offered to black it out. I said A) no, and cordially accepted and thanked her B) offer. I also felt stupid and worried about other dispensaries have my Soc. Sec. # DOH!(especially since some are owned by ex criminals- I hope I didn't goto one that partook in identity theft! ekk)
I also was asked for my receipt of payment which I didn't have yet- speaking of, how long does it take to get your receipt from the registry? I sent mine in 3/10 with delivery confirmation- it's now the 22nd has been confirmed delivered on 3/11 and I have yet to receive anything back?
Back on track-
It wasn't busy at all and I hopped right in. Frank introduced himself and escorted me to the back-room where the real business goes down. He showed me the products they offered, 8-12 MMJ that was lab tested, all of them very well cared for and well dried. On the other side of the counter, they had more non-tested MMJ, edibles, Hash, etc- I was mainly focused on the lab tested results and I wanted the get some NL-Haze but he was out. I ended up picking up the infamous Stevie wonder and the NYCD both of which were lab tested. I didn't even bother to really look at the other MMJ that was to the other side of the counter- I figured this to be vendor weed? Frank was really selling the Stevie - he told me the history, how good it was and always went back to it. If Frank was this happy with it, well I better try it out as well I was thinking (lol).

Stevie Wonder was awesome. Overall, I was happy with the smoke- Great aroma and flavor to match. A sativa it was a very noticeable head hi, but I definitely got that stoney body feel associated with indicas as well. :stoned: It was slightly, I mean *slightly leafy. It ranked in at around 14%thc and I just kept thinking to myself, where is the 20%+thc strains in colorado? I'd give the Stevie an B+/A- which for me means repeat business. I've smoked 3 maybe 4 types I would consider an A and have yet to have my sox blown off by something to give it an A+.
NYC Diesel was nice. :smokin: Not as gas'y smelling as other diesels or as fruity on the inhale. Then again, it's NYCD not sour D, either way- The herb presented a great head Hi with some "uppity" euphoric properties. I'd give it a B/B+

Frank was great to chat with. I couldn't help but feel I was at a good place with good medicine that was run by good people- a feeling I've rarely experienced at most dispensaries. Frank (and his partner) have a nice way about them and make you feel like their place is comfortable, I didn't feel rushed. Frank actually talked to me and asked question rather than just sitting there.
I walked away with an eighth for roughly UNDER 40$ counting the first time discount and his reduced prices. The only downside to my experience is the @ that price, if I had known it was going to be that cheap before the final sale process, I would've bought more! I must have been to focused on great looking bud while he was explaining it to me
I will be making Pure my goto spot I think. 45$ an eighth with the cool glasses (which you should recycle and reuse as much as passable) is a great deal. Most places in Denver are still charging 60$ or more an eighth and have herb of less quality. I hope those dispensaries just fucking die and people like Frank, rather places like Pure remain profitable and in good fortune.
I would rank Pure and my experience an 8.5-9/10
+Customer Service/Communication in FOH and BOH
+Great Herb
+Herb Price
-Desolate place, looks a little empty but this also works in the design/layout favor
Frank and Pure MMJ, good luck, thanks for the Herb and I will be a return patron again soon
If anyone likes my reviews or finds them helpful, I will be reviewing Relief and CCF soon. I might be hitting up Relief or CCF today- I'm on the look out for some goooooooood Diesel! I also will be putting together a blog website with reviews of places I have already been. CAM, Highland Health, A Mile High LLC, etc-
