    I need help....male or what?

I have been growing this fucker for 16 weeks now and yet i see no buds....I had it under 6500k 400w light (22 hours a day) for 11 weeks before changing the light and now i'm using two 65w (12/12).....its been 4 weeks now and I see nothing but leaves.

I have this plant inside a portable closet about 6ft tall and 4 ft wide.....i have inside fans blowing air all day long so there's no vent problems

its a hydroponic system with a 5 gal container completely dark so roots don't get light.....I'm not sure if there's light leak during dark period but i'm sure there shouldn't be any light leaks ....

I dont know what the PH levels are and right now im using miracle grow bloom buster but i still see no buds.....any tips?[attachment=o239798]

That poor plant is screaming for light.

It may be female, but with the lack of light it could go either way or never flower?????????????

    65w? Typo?

A 400 w is going to have trouble giving enough light to a plant this tall. Also, I find that aluminized or reflective foils cause this stretching. Use white, it reflects the light more evenly, white reflects all light.

Is the light too far from the plant?

I just added a white 6400k 400w bulb to see if it helps...the light is like 4 inches away from the plant. I had to do some serious trimming for it not to grow that tall.....these are some recent pictures I took
They look female but its been 4 weeks since I switched to 12/12 and I'm getting kinda worried here.....

I agree. Old-school methods suggest a 3x increase in light from growth to flower stage. Your 65w bulbs are what...200w equivalent, each? So it's no real increase. Flowers of any kind require shitloads of energy. Cannabis included.

Depth of usable light penetration (how far the usable light penetrates) is also a consideration. Plus, the heat the CFL's generate is held-in by the foil. Walls painted flat-white work fine.

How far from the tops are your bulbs?

....they're about 3 to 4 inches away from the tops.....how much longer do you think i need to wait for this to produce any THC?:rastasmoke:
