Cant get high off a fat joint

Whats the matter with me? I rolled a very fat Bob Marley Hemp joint regular sized, and got mildly stoned off of it. I held it in for a good 5 secs each hit. I've heard of some people not being able to get high off a joint but WHY?? Its still weed isnt it?
Not with a bubbler, off a tiny half a bowl, I get BAKED. Why is this?

Maybe your joints are rolled too tight and not enough smoke is getting to you?

Joints don't do too much for me... just don't smoke joints. Get blunts or smoke bowls.

LOL. joints are supposed to get u pretty high. they usually get me a lot higher than bowls. i guess you should stop smokin for 3-4 days, then restart
