I found them online during my search and through the phone conversations I've had with the office staff they seem fine enough. I called the THC Foundation, but they just seem so big and cooperate for what I was looking for. I am still kinda new to Washington, moving here a year ago, and in the past few months I had decided to get my card due to a hit and run leaving me with nerve damage throughout my Rating: 5
