I have severe lower back pain which has been on record for over three years. I've called a pain and spine specialists but they do not refer patients for the program? All of my application packet is filled out except for a second recommendation. Are there any specialists besides the ones Santa Fe Pain and Spine specialists?

I currently applied for the MCP program under chronic pain and had my application sent back saying "need of second recommendation from specialist".
