I am up on most of the latest LED Lighting info and am willing to help you in finding the right light for your grow, but it is way to much info to type so please feel free to send me a friend request and I will try to get you as much info as I can. Right now the basics are you want a RB (Red Blue) spectrum for both Cloropyll A & B. More R is better for flower and more B is better for veg. You want to stay in the 660nm to 630nm (nanometer) range for red and the 440nm to 460nm in the blue.

I hope this helps.
McLuvin Reviewed by McLuvin on . Growing with LED lamps? I'm looking into these LED grow lamps from thelastshop.com. It says it is new technology. Has anyone used these and if so how do they compare to the usual lamps. That would be sweet if these LED ones do work because for 2 by 2 foot of coverage costs 40 bucks. Thats way better than 100-200 dollars. Thx all Rating: 5
