Busted in madison hieghts mi

I was busted in madison hieghts mi for possession of a controlled substance(pot) and paraphernalia. So I went and got my med card about a week later.I had the court date postponed while my paperwork went though. The judge threw it out.NO charge what so ever. Not to shabby if you ask me.They didn't give back my bowl but I was not going to push the issue.
Just thought I'd share me little legal experience.

I already had a preexisting condition that I qualified for under mi laws.I have a doctor in southfield.

Wow, hardly do we get to hear examples of the US Justice System actually working. Probably more stories out there, at least I hope that's the case.

Congrats, you are living proof of how the spirit of the MMJ laws are to work in court. You did get real lucky though.
