If it is water it should perk up quickly, sometimes within a couple hours. Are you using that filter in the back of the second picture to water? If so there are likely other deficiencies as well, I'm assuming you aren't adding any calmag suppliment. Also is the blue container the same as the blue cup in the background, no drainage maybe?
