Bushmaster Controlled experiments:

With my current grow I am already experimenting with one of my trays as a "control tray." The question I was pondering was..."Will it make a difference in the yield and quality if topping Blue Dream and using bushmaster."

Application Observations:

There is definitely a difference in the amount of growth during VEG. Specifically, there is a lot less growth in the topped tray. Which was surprising. I know that when I topped blue dream in the past I was rewarded with more COLA TOPS. This conclusion based upon the results so far has lead to other questions...that are being answered currently.

Additional Question:

My next question that came up was, "Will Bushmaster eliminate the need to top my plants?"

In fact, the trays that were not topped have just as many colas as the topped tray. The difference is...The non-topped trays are showing huge cola development (and not just the main colas). Plus, the main colas are the same height as the ones surrounding it due to the bushmaster.

Conclusions:

When growing Blue Dream and using Bmaster...There is no need to top the plants...because it will impede the growth of the plants during the vegatative stage of growth. By using Bushmaster is eliminates that need to top because the lower colas are able to catch up during the final 3 days of VEG while bmaster is being applied.

When the stretch occurs when flipped to 12/12...a few of the plants will stretch above the others...but, not enough to really effect the canopy as a whole. I will be reserving my full analysis when I weigh the yield per tray at the end of harvest...dry...and cure.

I ordered some White Russian today. I am planning a cross between a White Russian Male (and one of my Blue Dream mothers)...thus making Blue Russian! I have had this strain once before...and it was delicious! :stoned: Pictures are of Day #1, Beginning of Week #2, and Beginning of Week #3...I have the girls on 24 hour light...and 6 feedings per day. They are growing vigorously...and I already Rating: 5
