I then heard back from the job on Monday saying they have an opening and to come in on Thursday for an interview. Now I'm like fucked.

But I thought since maybe I exercise DAILY (1 hour weightlifting, 2-3 hours cardio/tennis), always drink nothing but water (and milk, but just for my protein shakes), and eat really healthy (only lean meats, veggies, and whole grains) that I might be able to pass it.

Also... I have thyroid medication which speeds up your metabolism if you take alot of it, so I was incorporating that into my detox as well. Taking alot of thyroid medicine and going to work out right after with my metabolism at full blast.

Do you think I could pass the test within 4-5 days? I'm constantly burning atleast 1,000-2,000 calories a day from exercise alone.
Exercising and having your metabolism "at full blast" can be a bad thing if you got 3-5 days or less prior to a U/A. Exercising burns fat cells which releases the stored THCA back into your bloodstream. The kidneys then filter the THCA from the bloodstream and end up in your urine. For 3-5 days before the U/A, You want to curtail all fat-burning activities and be as dormant as possible to prevent a bunch of THCA from being released into the bloodstream, filtered by the kidneys, and ending up in your urine to be detected.
