Exercising Alot
So here's my ordeal:
I smoked weed all of January. Stopped all of February awaiting this job. The job then said it'd be "another 4 weeks to another opening" a week ago. I decided to call up my old smoking buddy Ben and light it up. I smoked 2 blunts on Thursday. Then again on Saturday night (2 joints) and on Sunday night (2 blunts). I then heard back from the job on Monday saying they have an opening and to come in on Thursday for an interview. Now I'm like fucked.
But I thought since maybe I exercise DAILY (1 hour weightlifting, 2-3 hours cardio/tennis), always drink nothing but water (and milk, but just for my protein shakes), and eat really healthy (only lean meats, veggies, and whole grains) that I might be able to pass it.
Also... I have thyroid medication which speeds up your metabolism if you take alot of it, so I was incorporating that into my detox as well. Taking alot of thyroid medicine and going to work out right after with my metabolism at full blast.
Do you think I could pass the test within 4-5 days? I'm constantly burning atleast 1,000-2,000 calories a day from exercise alone.Crystalline Green Reviewed by Crystalline Green on . I guess it all depends on how bad you want the job! I'm not saying you couldn't have flushed out the THC in your system, but it's not likely after 4-5 days no matter how much you excercise. I would go to a head shop and find some cleansing drinks that are specifically made to rid your body of THC.
I wouldn't risk it by not doing anything. Some people will disagree with me on this one, but niacin is another route you might want to try. I've had several friends that took this the night before a test and passed after smoking large amounts within a day or two of testing. It will make you burn and sweat but in my experience, it has worked.
but your best option is going to be with a cleansing drink....
good luck!

I'm not going to argue if a product can "rid" thc out of your body....but they do make it undetectable in a drug test.
Detox products are nothing but a big scam to exploit the fearful and gullible and seperating them from their hard-earned cash. Cannabis users are victimized enough by the so-called "war on drugs" without these vulturing scam artists entering the mix. :wtf:To view the Board Rules: http://boards.cannabis.com/introduce...ard-rules.html

I'm just chiming in my opinion on an open forum to try to help crystalline green out....who basically has a day to figure out what to do. I would hope he/she would do their own research and not jump on the opinion of some stranger on a cannabis forum. I'm surely not trying to "ruin someones livelyhood or have someone thrown in the slammer"!
but lets keep it real....if they don't pass the drug test, they simply don't get the job....no jailtime for that! It sounds like a tough situation to be in....i'm simply putting in my 2 cents on my personal experience...

We are keeping it real here. As far as your "crunch time" excuse in an effort to justify the use of detox drinks, if you have the time to consume a magic potion, then you have time to consume vitamin B2 and water - which accomplishes the same thing (diluting) all while saving yourself the money and not feeding the scam artists whose only objective to take that money.

Your illogical conclusion that niacin was the reason for passing is known as a fallacy of causation. Its flat out wrong. Period!
Yes we are keeping it real here. Drug testing is a serious issue because theres people with careers, families, and freedoms hinging on the outcome of a U/A, and factual info is vital here. Non-facts can quickly land an uninformed reader (that would assume what youre passing off as 'fact') in the unemployment line, or worse, jail. If you dont like the idea that we hold the poster to a high standard of fact, well thats too bad. Thats how it is here and shall remain. And if that idea is somehow not your cup of tea, then perhaps the drug testing forum is not for you. The drug testing forum is not a playground. If you want a playground, try some other site like myspace or yahoo. To view the Board Rules: http://boards.cannabis.com/introduce...ard-rules.html
