it's interesting there hasn't been more about this in the media.

Chris Romer, Tom Massey send letter to Attorney General asking DEA to back off on medical marijuana raids - Denver News - The Latest Word

I'm glad they sent the letter, but they are still the enemy.

How odd it must be to be a politician, talking out every hole.

unless Holder responds, this is just fluff anyway.

It's nothing more than a nod to the Tea Baggers. I doubt that Federalism becomes a wedge issue in Colorado politics, but they're taking any points they can.

I think the are stalling on purpose, they have been making sure all the negative stuff gets in the news and none of the positives. We need to get some positives out there and quick because now they are talking about putting it back in front of the voters to see if the people of Colorado even want dispensaries on any level. I very much doubt they will pass any new legislature before November and it's doubtful even then. We have our fingers crossed that they do the right thing, but it's anyones guess.

I agree, I think that it's Colorado patients fighting all of big pharma and big oil. I used to think it was a Colorado vs Colorado thing, but more and more I see that's not the case They know what good it will bring, big pharma just hasn't paid off thier current drug bills yet. It will go down like Green Energy, when big oil is ready for it, gov't will let it roll. Prior to that, don't the little guy get in the way because the money will crush you. Pharma has this stuff in the pipeline and has for years.
