I have chronic migrain headaches and over 10 years of medical records to prove it. 4 years ago I was diagnosed with a Pituiatry Brain Tumor. The last four years I have been a guine pig to every doctor I have met. I have tried over 15+ medications and have finally had enough. Two months ago I received another MRI that showed the tumor had shrunk in diamater. I still have the migrains, and am now taking Narcotic pain medications in order to function daily. (I take 4....5-325mgs of Percocet Daily) I faxed all my paperwork and medical records to a clinic in Portland that will hopefully help me get my medical card. I DO NOT want to take the pain medication ANY LONGER and will switch treatments once I am legal, but here are my concerns......

*Will I still qualify even though there was progress in my last MRI scan, but no decrease in Migrains?

*Will I still qualify even thought I take Narcotic Pain medication?

I sent my information in on Friday and still have not heard anything so if I dont qualify will they let me know or will I still see the doctor and pay the fees to be declined?

Thanks for all the help! Sorry for all the questions!
(I am currently a caregiver for my best friend)
