This La Conf plant sat in the window sil the first 2 weeks of its life. Seems to be healthy, growing under T-5 flouro's now.
My ? 5.5 " Tall 13 " wide.. Is this normal ?or, Did I stunt the growth with the whole window sil thing??

it looks healthy....just needs to be in vegetation stage longer....
how long have you had it vegging? Generally you want to keep it growing about 2-4 weeks (12-16") before you start the flower cycle!
but the leaves look super green and healthy! good luck!

Repot!
Let her dry out a bit. The put her in a larger pot. After a couple days it'll start growing really fast to fill the new soil.
A couple weeks after the repot it'll be MUCh bigger.
Otherwise it looks great! Good job:thumbsup:
Here are two pics of the same plant 10 days apart. first in the old pot, then in the new one.A wise and frugal government, which shall leave men free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned - this is the sum of good government.

LA Confidential is a short, squat plant. The ones I have grown look just like what you have. I have six in flower now that range from 6-13 inches in heigth after 50 days. There is supposed to be 2 phenotypes and I have both---the short and the taller one. I veg mine at least 60 days and I have never had one grow over 30 inches indoors.

However I still think that plant is root bound. The pot looks small, and the OP said it isn't growing much anymore. That is exactly how mine worked.A wise and frugal government, which shall leave men free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned - this is the sum of good government.
