Help a newby out with seeds

if u have a lil money, go to a weed shop and just buy 3-4 seeds. if u want, u can buy em feminized too, so youll be sure to have females, tought it could turn hermie if growth in bad conditions.

I don't know about Canada, but seeds are illegal in my country unless sterilized.

In any case, I have the opposite problem. I have a whole bunch of seeds but I can't do anything with them because I live in a dorm room that is subject to periodic inspections (and I'm too paranoid to mail them to somebody).
