i have a 250w light hps on at the moment i can get a 400hps aswell so is this best to get another 1

Yes you can get another one. The more intense light that the plant gets during flowering, the bigger your flowers will be. You want bigger flowers, add more light. I too have also read that to start flowering, give them 12 on 12 off of light. Another method that i have read is 13 on 11 off. This way the plant will still go into flower mode and increase the size of your flowers. Make sure you give your plants High P plant food such as 5-50-17 but 10-20-10 should be adequate. DO NOT DISTURB THEIR DARK PERIOD!!!!! If their dark period is disturbed, the plants hormones will react to the light and will delay flower development. And remember, 2 weeks before you harvest, give them nothing but water. No nutrients or ferts for the last two weeks. If you don't flush out the ferts and nutrients your buds will taste like plant food. Wish you the best and try to post pics so we can see what your dealing with.

hey sup buddies. yo high grade stoner, if u dont know how to flower(wich as many said is 12/12), well do u know how vegging works? did u put yer plant at 18/6 or what? plus if they were at 18/6 tbut the dark period wasnt on a completely dark or whatever, your plant could turn hermie. anyway hope u did it well and good luck hommie
