    2 weeks into flower

6 weeks into flower pics. Now a question I had about it was that I do not know if this is an 8 week or 12 week strain, should I just start flushing and harvest at 8 or keep an eye on the calyxes and flush when they start to turn brown/orange?

I know about the trichome color and all, but should I start flushing and hope that the trichomes will be right? If it needs longer than the 8 weeks can I just keep it in the low PPM water?

I usually flush after most of the trichomes have become cloudy for indica dom. and when they're all cloudy for sativa dom.

Trimchomes sir...that is the only way to tell for sure when you don't know where your seeds came from. Many people have answered your question...and nobody who has experience will agree with your plan.

The last 2 weeks of the grow the plants will put on most of their weight and gain most of their smell and effects. SO...DO NOT CUT UNTIL THE TRICHs says its time to cut.

I understand the part about the trichomes having to be properly matured. Flushing takes 2 weeks right? So based off that I have to time the end of the flush with then the trichomes will be ready. How to time it right is my true question, and also if I don't time it right do I just keep flushing until they are ready? I don't plan on using any flushing aids like flora kleen, just an extremely weak nutrient solution. Tapering down as time goes.
