Just start by making one bend in each plant. Don't try to overdo it.

Get some bigger pots and fill them with soil so that the plant will sit at a good level.
Take the plant, put your palm on the soil, turn the plant upside-down, give the pot a couple taps and carefully slide it off. Place in the new bucket you prepared with soil and fill in the sides.
I'd say plant them in 3 gals (or so) now, and then a couple weeks into 12/12 put them into 5 gals. That's how I do it. When you keep a plant in the same soil for more than 6 to 8 weeks, you will have ph problems.
Since your plants are different sizes, it will vary a little with the pot sizes. I'd get a new (3gal) for the bigger one, and transplant the smaller one into the container you're using for the bigger one.

No RLD for me, got a wife for that

I don't have a strict schedule for nutes, but I'll usually water with nutes, nutes, and then plain water every third time.

I used the soil that that feed for 3 months and 6, so i didn't use any nutes at all through my grow. Before i started i read a ton of threads where people used the soil with ferts in it and more so they burned their plants. When ya water the ferts are activated, so if ya add more ferts when you water, it doubles the ferts in the soil. IMO you shouldn't use any ferts at all, but thats just me, if ya do you might want to get a Ph tester an keep an eye on them. Id hate to see those green baby's all burned up.
