which state do i live in?????

Hi , im new to the forum. i own a condo in connecticut and stay there 3 days a week. The rest of the time I live in r.i. where i was raised and am moving back to. My doctor has offered me meds but im not sure which state i live in technically, or do dual residents count?

Go to the RI DOH W/S, link is
Rhode Island Department of Health: Medical Marijuana Program
The form requires a "mailing" address in RI and of course a DR licensed in RI, CT, or MA to sign it. So you should be good to go to apply. You will have to go in person with your picture ID to get your photo for your MMJ card if they accept you in Providence. I have bi-state property with dual addresses in RI and CT, I pay property taxes to both states, but I do have a CT drivers license for business reasons. I had no problem getting my card with the CT license, they didn't even ask. I had expected an issue and even took my RI property tax bill with me, but didn't need it. Good Luck. Even once you do have a card finding a caregiver is challenging. Yes, you can grow your own, but what do you do for the first 90 or so days???? I'm still looking. I have found a couple of providers through forums like this, but they aren't that great about contacting you back. Again, Good Luck.
