Been waiting for 6 weeks . So if u have been waiting u are not alone...first they had a flood in office so they had a week offand know there out of cards......who is running this program mickey mouse.. the state has made close to 200k on we the taxpayers and the clowns can't even order cards........

I was there this afternoon, those two young women were working their asses off! She told me because of the flood there was a huge backlog. I think she said she had just finished processing 157 applications, hardly lazy. Im sure like most state agencies there wicked understaffed. Also if you read the rules, i believe after 30 days unless you were informed you were denied. A copy of your application is as valid as the card. Look at the rules on the health dept website , its there.

After 35 days , unless denied in 15 buisness you have it.



4.2.1 If the Department fails to issue a valid registry identification card in response to a
valid application submitted pursuant to the Act or the rules and regulations herein
within thirty-five (35) days of its submission, the registry identification card shall
be deemed granted and a copy of the registry identification application shall be
deemed valid registry identification card

Yeah I've been waiting on my additional cards too. I went and got my first a few months ago.

Is it true that they mail additional cards with your old picture? Or you have to go down and get a different picture for every card?

what up guys i just moved out here from ct to get my card im waiting to get my card from the thc foundation i have valid reason to get a card i had it in cali in 06 can any one help me out to get it quicker please help i got so many top notch strain over 120 so if yo help me out i will be sure to help you out in the future please help me out guys i want to get it as qiuck as possable
