How much smoking is too much?

The tipping point for me is when weed takes priority over more important things. For example, if you blew your rent money on weed, then I would say you had a problem. If weed is just one facet of your life and you "want it" rather than "need it" then I think you are OK (obviously that doesn't apply to medical users).

As for your lungs, if you are really concerned it might be an idea to invest in a high quality vapouriser or start cooking/making drinks with weed.

Is it not normal to smoke 2-3 bowls by yourself everyday? I was talking to my friend today and he was saying things like "I think you have a problem because you are high everytime I talk to you LOL.. " .. but is 2-3 bowls a lot for 1 person a day? My bowl is fairly small (its meant for someone to use by themself I think lol) .. so I didn't know if I should cut back or anything. smoke to much, that is up to you if you have nothing to do and its Friday and you wanna smoke for recreation, then you know what I call that a celebratory smoke, I am not in pain and I can can finally enjoy this J they way it should be. It should not be that we smoke only when we are in pain or dieing. maybe, that is your friends way of saying he wants a puff to try?

It is a problem when it affects your life negatively according to AAA. That could mean a hit a week or 100 hits a day. Depends on you.

I pretty much smoke 3-5 grams a day chest started hurtin years ago but its stopped i cough up a loads of lung butter but ive been tokin 14 yrs.now i just stick to spliffs no bongs.. im hoping im one of those people who smokes loads but live till there 100 yeszz:thumbsup:

so being completely honest... is this a really bad thing for my health? The whole virgin lungs thing kind of bothers me... its not that bad of a thing is it?

If you're worried enough, go see a doctor. On occasion, I've experienced chest pain that is tolerable but disconcerting. I can remember it happening when I was a teenager and it still happens to me now from time to time (over 30 years ). I'm not too worried because if it is serious, it is also really taking it's time. :smokin:

Remember, most of cannabis' carcinogens are not in the smokeable part, and, cannabis smoke has different properties than tobacco smoke, such as, it doesn't enter the small bronchial passages, but, passes easily through the large flat part, into the bloodstream.

I wouldn't worry too much my friend. Cannabis has been demonized by the government since the turn of the century. Don't believe any of their shit. Of course your lungs are going to hurt, you're putting smoke through them which isn't natural. But the human body is an amazing organism, and cannabis dually so :jointsmile:

lol nice I only get lung cheese when I'm sick or have allergies like now.............but bongs are much healthier than splifs just putting it out there lol, the moister that the water adds is healthier not to mention there is allot of tar filtration there.
