Well, i look at it like this... The legal limit is 24oz.=1 1/2 lbs. Anything more than this is generous. It should also be talked out prior to any agreement.

You can do monthly donations
You can charge a flat fee for land use.
You can 50/50 everything

I would put it in writing as to exactly what is expected. This way there are no misunderstandings whatsoever.
Verbal argeements tend to only work w/ close friends.:wtf:
