That's the only catch. You can not live on Oahu, and have your caregiver live on Kauai. So if your looking for a caregiver we need to know what island you will be living on.

Apparently it is illegal to move medicine interisland. For now. Right now we have a court case going thru the system. Two people were caught taking their medicine thru the airport, going interisland. The Dept of Public Safety has ruled that they were not breaking the law and were within their rights.
Prosecuter ain't going along, so it's in the judges hands.

With our new governor. I predict things will change again. For the better.
oldhaole Reviewed by oldhaole on . How Feasible is it to be a Caregiver Aloha, Currently living in Atlanta GA and looking to move home after being laid off. I have a permanent and severe lower back condition with continuous pain. I also have chronic Irritable Bowel Syndrome, which is accompanied by severe nausea. I'm origianlly from Oahu, went to school with Obama, but Honolulu is too crowded for me now. I don't know how realistic it is, but what are the chances of being a caregiver and patient. Plenty pilikia? Too much restriction? I do have a green Rating: 5
