I just finished most of the work on a batch of Salted Caramel Pear ice cream w/ the hash butter I made a few days ago. It's cooling in the fridge and I'll churn it soon. Probably not super-potent, but it should have a little kick. I didn't make it very strong mainly because too much butter would make the caramel and the ice cream have a different consistency at the end. It was about 1/4 of my batch, so 1/2 gram of hash for the whole thing.

I'm thinking of some five spice butter cookies to go with the ice cream... time permitting.
