Cough using Vaporizer

First thing I would do would be to get rid of that vape. It is a Chinese knock-off and as such, is suspect to contain toxic materials in it's construction.
You really have no idea what the temp is, because the temp displays are notoriously inaccurate.

With that said, if you do decide to keep it anyway, the best way to guage if you are at the right tempurature is to check your ABV (vaped bud) to see what color it is. If it's black, the temp is too high. If there is any green left, the temp is too low. Ideally, if you really want to be kind on your lungs, the ABV should end up being a golden brown color.

Iâ??ve been told to lower the temperature, (I lowered down to 300 & that didnâ??t help) and or donâ??t take deep breaths because the vapor expands in the lungs causing me to cough. I tried taking shallow breaths but after 30 min I canâ??t tell if Iâ??m even getting any vapor & I donâ??t feel any effect. I donâ??t know what Iâ??m doing wrong but I donâ??t enjoy using my vaporizer & I canâ??t smoke with my asthma. Rating: 5
