Funny idea that seems to be working!!

Ok guys, I've been growing some bagseed for the last few months now and have been looking for any oddball method I can find to increase the yield of my crop, and get max potency of the bud. Well after unwittingly having an idea pop into my head I tried one that seemed SOOOO simple that it might actually be legit.....

Sooooo, this is where I call out for all enlightened growers and knowledgeable greenthumbs.....

I tried no avail to research this on the internet but found a bunch of shit so I'm counting on a pro here

not sure if anyone has tried this before, but I had the idea of using powdered Nitrous Oxide---you know the health supplement that is supposed to deliver tons of OXYGEN to your blood for a better workout??? Yeah that shit....Welll, I used it on one of my plants and not on the other, and checked a couple days later and have noticed some HUGE gains on my Budz, especially on the smaller flowers (not the tops) they are looking puffy as fuck....

So I mixed up another batch and am testing again on the other plant...fingers crossed


Is it possible that Nitrous Oxide is a beneficial nutrient to plants and is it because of Oxygen released by the NO???? Really impressed by the simplicity of this whole thing, but is it too good to be true????

can you do a picture grow log and chart? im curious. i dont know if that will be really beneficial to the plant because i know hydrogen peroxide(liquid oxygen) kills beneficial bacterias and microbes. you only use peroxide as a fix.

C'mon cigs. Pass the blunt this way man, you are cut off tonight. Liquid oxygen at atmospheric pressure has to be kept at supercool temps to keep from evaporation. H2O2, is water with an extra oxygen atom which it gives up rather easily.

Well I just checked my other plant that just added the second dose to and I'm not shitting you 100% no lies, I have noticed a huge gain in size of my Budz, especially the little guys at the bottom!

I HIGHLY recommend giving this a try if you are looking to try something new....I have seen no negative side effects showing in my plants whatsoever
I'm gonna attach some pics of the kind of NOS I am using but the brand is GNC Pro Performance Nitric Oxide Maximizer. All I did was open up like 6 capsules, mix with a 24oz bottle of water and then hydrate the plants....no lies within two days you will see what I mean :-)

Well...I'm not a chemist, but I am guessing they are responding to the bump in nitrogen. Knowing how much to use before contaminating (stressing) them into hermaphrodism is likely some handy information. Were this a plant suppliment, I'd be curious what the interraction between the suppliment and your nutrients/soil is doing long term. Oxygen has a tendency to corrode metals, minerals and oxygen toxicity can be pathologic on tissues. (pathologic: a departure or deviation from a normal condition)

Were I performing this little experiment, I'd limit it to a single plant till final results are in. It would truly suck to jump the gun and end-up with a room filled with canna-straw that isn't smokable.

General rule of thumb...if it's not made for plants, it might not be a good idea to use it on our meds. But good luck with the experiment. :thumbsup:

Yes my bad meant to write Nitric Oxide....NOS would poison the shit out of a plant from my understanding and probably kill it considering its gas released from acids?

what u think about the nitric oxide idea tho??? It seems to be giving results but if you have a sound arguement as to why it wouldnt, I'm down to hear any ideas
