If this is a pre-employment UA then you will not be observed. Concealing the sample is very simple and if you can maintain temperature then you have nothing to fear.

If your passing a home test kit you might want to do a light dilution and save yourself the extra money.

Ive been drinking lots of water and working out. Took an at home test last night and it was a fail. I was a daily smoker for more than 5 years and I am about 20lbs overweight - slow metabolism (although I have lost 8 lbs since I quit smoking). Any suggestions on how I can pass the test?
