Doc Oc's first grow log, 3 White Widows from Nirvana

It won't be long now..........................

We also did some fine tuning to the flower power room. Nothing fancy like last time with the personal wind tunnel fan, but hey, they can't all be grand slam home runs!

We added mylar all around the room and two 2,600 Lumen 2,700 Kelvin (soft white) 42 CFL bulbs between plants. I'm hoping that will help the lower and side buds to keep filling in like they've been doing so well.

After that shot of Fox Farm tiger piss and big bloom..... Wow, I can actually see new buds coming out on top of the old buds..... I shit you NOT! This Fox Farm stuff is the bomb yo. I can say the Miracle Grow AP (all purpose) was not bad. Flowering nutes however, those must need to be more specific because there is a night and day difference with this FF brand. The Miracle Grow BB (bloom booster) failed miserably by comparison.

A piece of cake is what was anticipated. In the end the T-12 ballasts got relocated up to the ballast room taking their blistering heat with them. This could apply to any fluro set up. I think I'll show the "step by step" in the lighting chat room and just before and after in here. It cost about $8 each and the third one took 35 minutes to do. I'm sure it'll remove about 10 degrees from the veg (closet) room. I plan to mount these on cookie sheets as heat sinks before venting.

Geez man, I can't beleive how big and thick the buds are on those guys. You're going to have an awesome yield! Did you use the full dose of Fox Farm nutes? I did on my last feeding and I'm seeing very slight yellowing/browning at the tips of the leaves. You'd have to look to see it, but it's there. You may be too close to finish to notice it on your plants though, as the leaves begin to yellow naturally at a certain point.

I was wrong about that 10 degree savings..... Overnight temp went from 93 to 81! I think that's 12 degrees difference. :detective1: I also removed one of the 42W CFL's since those little suckers get HOT! :cursing:

I still have to make a light proof vent to the top of the flower room. That will be the icing on the cake. :eat:

Yes, I gave them the full dose; 2 Tbs of Tiger jizz and 1 Tbs Big Bloom. I'm figuring in a few days will be a week so I'll give one more full dose before going to plain Ph'd water to finish them off. I've had burnt tips all through flower although it didn't seem to hurt anything.

Correction to the below:
Actual dose was only 2 tsp Tiger essence and 1 tsp Big Bloom, a 1/3 dose. I got a new measuring cup and read it wrong the first time.
